Mountain's Edge is a master planned community just south of Las Vegas. It was the #1 Selling master planned community in the U.S. for four straight years, and has consistently ranked in the nation’s top 10. It is built on land that was inhabited by Indian tribes, and the Old Spanish Trail passed through the area during the 19th century. Construction began on houses in the community in 2004, and there were 7,000 homes here by 2008, and the area is still growing with the potential of 15,000+ homes.
