Summer is here and so are fireworks and hot rods! With 4th of July weekend just around the corner, you may be looking for something cool to do this weekend or on the 4th, early morning before it really gets hot! Cars and Coffee™ Las Vegas will have their usual gathering of hot rods, exotics, and classics on display in Las Vegas/ Henderson at the car show and since hot days are expected, they are back to summer hours of 7-11am. Arrive even earlier if you plan on displaying your vehicle, spots fill up quickly. Visit the nearby fireworks booths and pick up your legal fireworks so you are fully prepared for the holiday weekend ahead.

The USA celebrates 239 years this July and with the launch of summer, Cars and Coffee™ Las Vegas turned 7 years Old! Started back in the summer of 2008; the car show continues to grow each year. The first show had over 250 cars and grows as word of the show spreads throughout the Las Vegas and Henderson communities. Cars and Coffee™ Las Vegas is a weekly Saturday morning gathering (8-11 in Fall through late Spring and 7-11 once the weather heats up for Summer) of auto enthusiasts from where hundreds of coffee drinkers and proud owners and drivers from the Las Vegas area and beyond congregate to kick tires and enjoy a cup of joe. There is something for everyone from hot rods, to classics, exotics and concepts, motorcycles and motor-sport.  Lately there has been a large turn out of Porsches. It's a free family friendly environment, all it costs is a cup of coffee. Rockets with red glare and bombs, will be bursting in the air, this 4th of July in Henderson at Mission Hills Park near Las Vegas.

Looking for the BEST 4th of July Fireworks Celebration near Las Vegas? But don't want to fight the crowds on the Las Vegas Strip? What better way to celebrate our Independence than at the Henderson Community Celebration on the 4th of July. Pack a picnic and blanket or visit the concession stands that will be fully stocked with all of the traditional 4th of July food fare we know and love, like hamburgers, hotdogs, summer snow-cones and of course ice cream. Because local High School clubs will benefit from the proceeds of the various food vendors, it's a great way to give back to the community and support our youth programs. Speaking of High Schools, this year the shuttle service will run beginning at 5:30 pm from Foothill High School on College Drive to Mission Hills Park where the event will take place from 6pm to 11pm. Admission is free, so it's a great family friendly activity we can all enjoy even if on a limited budget. With live bands, comedy and an orchestra performance, more than just the sky will be lighting up with fireworks as the hum of freedom rings through the summer air. He hope to see you celebrating your freedom at this great Henderson Community Event.
