The First Wells Fargo was a little difficult however after continued efforts The Bush Team was able to get cooperation in negotiations. The Second was a mortgage with GreenTree although The Bush Team was able to successfully negotiate a short sale with full deficiency waiver from both mortgage companies totalling aproxmately a $400,000 deficiency. The property was listed for $499,000 and went under contact for $499,000 on the market for less than 25 days.
