Oftentimes I get asked "How is Las Vegas market going " and the only thing I can say ...its hot. In the next few years we have several projects that are scheduled. Over 7 billion dollars worth of construction work will be started in Las Vegas.
To start in Downtown Las Vegas we had a really cool downtown Las Vegas project called Grand Hotel this is over a hundred million dollar renovation project that has been done it is truly amazing. I myself didn't even realize I was standing in downtown Las Vegas when I came upon this hotel is truly a great renovation.
One of the newest additions is Container City downtown Las Vegas. I really like this idea it brings small Las Vegas business owners to an area where they are able to sell their product, it is family friendly and a great asset to the Las Vegas downtown area business.
Another cool project underway is the SLS boutique hotel this is replacing the Sahara casino hotel and is scheduled to open in 2014 this will bring a lot more traffic and people to the northern side of the Las Vegas Strip.

The world famous bills gambling hall is now going to be renamed which is still to be determined and a scheduled to reopen in 2014 this property sits at the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road. If you go there now there's tons of construction but we are very excited to see what this new renovation brings.
The Galleria Mall located in Henderson Nevada is doing a seven million dollar renovation this mall opened several years ago when I was in high school as a matter fact that Las Vegas high school it was the place to be and now they are finally revamping the interior and if that to be done in 2014.
The Shops at Summerlin over a 450 million dollar project is scheduled to be done 2015 this project has been desperately needed for this area it is close to shopping freeway access and several housing track so that will definitely support The Shops at Summerlin.
The Southpoint Casino in Las Vegas which is known for hosting several conventions and rodeos is doing 30 million dollar renovation to the bowling center and it's scheduled to be done in 2015.
There is a major amazing project that is underway by Ganz Resorts World this is 82 billion dollar project and is scheduled to be done in 2016 the MGM Resorts has several projects on the way one being downtown MGM shopping district which is scheduled to be done in 2014 and is over a hundred million dollar renovation.

The federal justice tower is also being revamped and is scheduled to be completed in 2014 downtown Las Vegas.
The convention center has redesigned the entrance and has not yet released a day to be complete but the drawings are underway.
Konami gaming doing an expansion of a state-of-the-art gaming facilities that designs, produces and sells gaming products is also going to be built in the Las Vegas Valley.
So if you ask me if the economy is moving in Las Vegas quite frankly it is booming there are several projects that are scheduled to be to be built this year and the following years. Jobs are here and people are buying and selling real estate.
